Moving through life, one breath at a time.

Yoga doesn’t need to be complicated.

It can simply be a space to breathe, move, and feel a bit more like yourself again.

In my classes, we move through a flow of postures, linking breath to movement and paying attention to what’s actually going on in our bodies — without pressure to get anything “right.”

They’re relaxed and welcoming, but not always easy. You can keep things gentle or build strength and challenge — the practice meets you where you are, and you decide how far to take it.

Whether you’re completely new or have been practising for years, you’re very welcome here.

And if you can’t touch your toes… you’ll be in good company.
