Hi!

I'm Stacey!

Sucker for a sunset.

Love a sparkle.

Generally most happy in a field.

A lot of my life happens on the move. I love to run — long distances, marathons, the kind of events that feel like a good idea at the time and slightly questionable somewhere around wall balls (IYKYK). There’s something about endurance that I’m drawn to… even if it does ask a lot of the body.

That’s probably why I need yoga as much as I do.

My wanderlust has never really settled, and I’m not sure I want it to. I'm probably browsing skyscanner as you read this.

In between all of that, there are my people. The friends who make me laugh so hard I can’t breathe, and my family — especially my mum, who is genuinely my best friend.

It’s a full, busy, sometimes chaotic life.

And yoga is the thing that brings me back to the middle of it.

I found yoga in the early 2010s, originally as a way to support my running. But it quickly became much more than that.

It’s the thing that balances out the pushing.

The place where I stop, listen, and (try my best to) take my own advice.

It reminds me to be a bit kinder — to my body when it’s tired, to my mind when it’s busy, and to myself when I inevitably take on something slightly ridiculous.

For a long time, I didn’t think I’d ever teach.
Yoga felt too special, if anything — something I wanted to keep to myself.

But after years of practising, I took some time out to train at Ananda Yoga Centre in Koh Phangan, Thailand. I went to deepen my practice, not really knowing what would come next.

And now… here we are.

I teach in a way that reflects all of this.

Classes that are grounded, led by the breath, and focused on what your body can do — especially if, like me, you ask quite a lot of it.

There’s space to slow down, and space to build strength.
To challenge yourself, or to take it easy.

Some days you’ll need one, some days the other.

That balance between effort and ease, pushing and softening is really what yoga is to me.

And it’s what I try to share.

If you ever want to come and practise, you’ll be very welcome.

See you on the mat!

(Or in a field covered in sparkles!)
